BIG HEAD Effect in Photoshop CC | Bobblehead & Comic Style Tutorial
In this Adobe Photoshop CC tutorial I will show you 2 ways to create a big head effect in Photoshop. The first way preserves the neckline of the Big Giant Head to create more of a Comic Style Big Head Effect. The second way uses the neck of the original image to create more of a Bobble Head effect.
