Building a spindle for a new 80/20 milling machine. Got this large brushless from hobbyking. It's a Turnigy Rotomax 1.4. Powering it with a 24VDC 31.25A PSU. Can't stall it, but it does bog down. I may go with a Rotomax 50cc if I need more torque. Pulley ratio is 3:1 with a poly-v 6 groove belt. ESC is a Castle Creations HV with governor.
I think my camera might be picking up EMI from the speed control, you can hear it when I change speeds. :-/
And yea, my bench is a mess.
