ALL the info is on the video, but just adding the rules here!!

RULES:
-NO stealing/tracing
-You need to create a character that will ONLY be used for the series, not a OC or smth (You can do a fan animation with them if you want!!)
-You will be credited for the character!
-Use the hashtag ( # ) #Lotuscharactercontest in your entry!! Tag me (@LotusStorm) too!!
-SOMETHING I FORGOT on the video: You need to make a ref sheet for the character, give them a name, and write them a backstory!! (Can be small tho)
