BIG test of 20+ of the common cells from Ebay! Why are they so damn cheap??

Test scenario:
Discharge tests done between 4.2 to 3.2V.
Current: 500mA
Ending current: 20%
2 cycles.
Wait time between charge and discharge set to 3 minutes
Charger used: iCharger 308Duo that have been tested to make sure both channels follows specs and give even result
All data logged via Logview on a computer attached to the charger.
All data will be presented in a Google Spreadsheet and all graphs included!
When all discharge tests are done the cells will also be cut in half to see whats actually are inside them.
I will not be testing things like: Max current draw. Cut off limits on the BMS built inside them.
This test is only going for if they have the capacity rated and if they will be able to substain a decent output at 500mA.
I do not have the time to do a more extended test than this at the moment!
