Here's the argument as it's usually presented: Premise one, the Bible never mentions dinosaurs. Premise two, therefore they didn't live alongside humans. Conclusion, therefore the Bible can't be trusted. Let's test each piece.
Premise one is technically true but misleading. The word "dinosaur" is an English word invented around 1841. The King James Bible was completed almost 200 years earlier. No translation, in any language, could have used a term that didn't exist yet. That's not a flaw in scripture, that's just a timeline.
More importantly, the concept shows up even where the modern word doesn't. Tannin, appearing 28 times, gets translated dragon, serpent, or sea monster. Behemoth, in Job 40, is a massive plant-eating creature with a tail like a cedar and bones like iron, unbothered by raging water. Leviathan, in Job 41, is an armored, fire-and-smoke-breathing creature nearly impossible to subdue. Take those descriptions at face value and "dinosaur" isn't a stretch.
Premise two collapses on its own, too. Not mentioning something isn't proof it didn't exist. And the conclusion fails hardest of all: a book leaving out one word, or one topic, doesn't make its other claims false. Your history textbook skips the iPad. That doesn't discredit its account of anything else.
