Licorice was confused and terrified on why these strange people were taking away his father. Licorice took this as betrayal, but he desperately wanted to help his father. Unfortunately, he understood that the only way to survive was to run and swore that one day, he will save his father.⭐-IN THE ANIMATION-- "I know what is to be stuck inside a home"Interpret this as "I know what it means/is like to be stuck inside a home." Licorice knew and only knew the lab as his home, but he never considered himself stuck until he saw the world outside the lab.- "You, Play"This is the scientist telling Licorice to play inside the lab, Licorice accepting. This is also where paws begin to show up between frames. The first one is just a paw pointing to signal "go play." The second one, however, is a paw being held up to stop (and hide). This was when the police arrived. - "Go, where?"This is when Licorice sees his father being taken away, questioning where to go.- "Know I'm not in your reach"I imagined this as the scientist saying this and Licorice remembering it in his head. His father is no longer in his reach.- "All eyes on me"Now on the news, everyone knew that Licorice existed, all eyes on the one photo of him in the bushes on a wanted poster. Dominic responds "nothing's wrong with me!" to trick Lyra even tho Dominic knows exactly who she is. Each time Dominic appears, her eyes invert to show that she is possessed. If you follow my instagram or are in my discord, you already know, but here is the official debut of the redesigned Jove- AND HE COMES WITH A BACKSTORY!!But first, I will tell you why I changed him.1: I did not like the previous colors of Jove.2: I wanted to more accurately represent what I thought of when I first started creating Jove. (like a god)About new Jove:Jove is a god of Jupiter, along with other planet wolf type creatures which he lives with in space. (I am not sure if I will ever introduce any other plant wolves). He was created when the planets first started to form, along with the other planet wolves. Jove is the biggest, so he is technically the leader? These planet wolfs kinda live on their own so ehh.. These version of planet wolfs do not have noses because they don't need air to survive (because they live in space). But they have mouths, I just decided not to put Jove's mouth in his head bobbing loop.Jove controls the wind (specifically air currents, and yes he's a airbender) because Jupiter is a gas giant with a big red hurricane in the middle. When he is angry, his eyes turn orange and his powers are maximized. (not shown in this animation).BACKSTORY:(Before the animation)Jove has a wife which I have never shown to anyone, but I really like her design and I want to feature her sometime. She is the goddess of Saturn. Jove and his wife fight a lot, and one day, Saturn wolf said she dosen't love Jove anymore, and Jove was like fuck you and left.(In the animation)(The beginning of the animation doesn't really mean anything.. I just wanted to animate it.)Jove was visiting Earth because he had just left his wife. He wanted to mourn on Earth because he finds peaceful.He was minding his own business until he saw a hurt wolf near a road. Peach was run over by a car, and was dying. Jove felt so sorry for the wolf, he revealed himself to Peach and saved her life with his godly powers. (because hes a god and he can do anything lol). Peach thanked to Jove, but was mentally scarred by the pain she endured and just left without saying anything. Jove became interested in these Earth wolfs, especially Peach, who didn't seem to care that he was a literal shining god. This is why Peach is frowning in a part of the animation, as well as when she is standing still and the camera is at her feet (to represent hesitation). Peach seemed to pick up that Jove had fallen for her: "Are you falling in love? I have a feeling you are." and at the end, Peach remembers how Jove looked when he dropped down to save her life, accepting Jove's love. "Let me feel it."(I actually found out that those aren't the actual lyrics but i like it and it sounds like the lyrics so shut the up heheheheh)Also, a little bit about Peach. In my previous animations of her, i've had white essence fall out of her eyes (examples: Crimewave meme and Caught Slippin meme) and I never really knew why until now; That is kinda a side effect of Jove saving her. She just has these moments where Jove's power inside her makes her eyes just poor out essence because her body cant take godly powers. She doesn't have powers, even if she has power inside her. I guess she just has a stronger spirit, she can endure more physical pain. Sweetness | Animation meme | Blood of Zeus (season 1 spoilers) Speedybud 2020-11-07 | i know this description is unusually long, but I would love it if you read through it ❤️❤️words cannot describe how much i love this animation.. it just feels so powerful to me and i would literally simp for my own drawings THEY ARE JUST SO GOHOHOOHD If you listen closely, there is this deep voice behind the main higher vocal, and it sound so regal and godlike-- I FEEL that vocal in my bones and it sometimes scares me afEven if it seems simple, I worked pretty hard on this. I tried shading for the first time (requested by echofeathers who made a gift for me go watch) It was hard to get the timing right, I had to animate in a loop of 7, 7, 8 frames which took me forever to figure out.. It is actually 7,8,7 loop on Zeus (last character) because the lightning strikes made the pause more noticeable to me, so I shifted it by one third a loop. I actually liked the noticeable pause at first because it looked like the lightning strike was so strong, it lagged the animation- however- I came to dislike it and picked the general smoothness of the tweening. also i wanted to animate Zeus' hair to be fLoWiNg dRaMaTiCaLLy but I could NOT animate his hair for the life of me so you guys are just gonna deal with a single frame ;3NOT TO MENTION I HAD TO RENDER THIS WHOLE ANIMATION LIKE 10 SEPERATE TIMES BECAUSE I KEPT FINDING MISTAKES SMHHHHHHH but it really payed off. The only change I would make is fixing Seraphim (The second character) a tiny bit. I also wanna tell you I didn't shade Seraphim because his design was so complex, I had to balance out Heron and Zeus' design with shading. His limbs actually fade out from gray to black as well, but I cant draw that on flipaclip so lol.i also spent like 15 mins on the thumbnail um...also youtube fucking messed up processing the video so now there's stupid glitches in there fuck youtube srslyanyways, sorry that rant was pretty long. Story time! SPOILERS FROM HERE ON OUT.- The animation starts with 3 hands of different colors symbolizing three unknown characters. The last and the middle one disappear, foreshadowing the future.- The first character is Heron. He is the half son of Zeus. The blade he yields is a blade crafted from Zeus as a gift (though he didn't use it for long until Seraphim stole it and tried to use it against him).- The second character is Seraphim. He is the half brother of Heron on his mother's side, so he does not have the blood of zeus (roll credits) in him. He is corrupted by demon flesh, and he yields Hades' bident.-The third character is the one and only Zeus. He typically has normal blue eyes, but whenever he summons lightning, they turn all blue like in the animation. - The three hands at the beginning are now identified as Heron, Seraphim, and Zeus, but they all suffer a change as a result of the second war between the founding demons and the god race.- Heron is badly injured, but lives.- Seraphim dies at the hands of Heron, becoming blue to symbolize what the dead look like in purgatory(?).- Zeus fucking explodes to prove to his wife that he's still loyal lmfaooo so he sacrificed himself to save her. if u read all that, thank you so much. I am a story writer, so please tell me what you think!I love making lore out of the blue, but some factors need to be really thought about before setting it in stone. (I already started changing stuff)WARNING: Blood, suicide, unusual self harmEntity was once a male human (real name unknown). He was an outstanding and athletic student who got into the NASA program and eventually became an astronaut. He and other astronauts were sent on a mission (unknown destination) Along the way or at their destination already, Entity was sent out alone (either to fix or get something) and ran across something that sucked his spirit out of his body, becoming pure black. It lost his gender, it's voice, and most of it's emotions. It also got digitigrade hoofed legs.Entity went back to it's crew in a panic, but Entity's human self no longer existed (the crew couldn't see Entity). In a fit of rage and agony, Entity suddenly entered every crew mate's mind. Somehow, Entity killed everyone on that ship, including a friend. (im thinking everyone went crazy from all of Entity's attempts to communicate and killed themselves)Ingulfed in grief and hopelessness, it tried to kill itself as well. This resulted in it's face being torn apart. This did not kill it, and it felt no pain. It was now unable to see or smell. Years passed wandering/ floating space blindly, Entity found out it was actually quite powerful. From space dust, it crafted a skull face for itself. This gave Entity the ability to see again, possibly something along the lines of space rock mirrors reflecting light)Finding his way back to Earth, it gained information on it's space crew. They were all deemed dead. (bc they were lol)Entity has somewhat lost it's humanity, loosing the concept "nice." It has been through too much, and decided to start existing however it wanted. it roams people's minds, including animals. It conjures the power to create potions out of thin air. The reason he can make potions out of nothing is because it doesn't exist and is now part of this void where the laws of physics don't apply.It feels how strongly people feel about a specific thing, and gives them a potion to bring them closer to their desire, but not directly to the desire. It communicates to others by speaking within the mind of the person in their voice.Overtime, Entity has gathered this dimensional empire. These people and animals whom Entity helped declared Entity as their savior and leader. Yet, after all this time (about 20 years or so) it is seeking for what took his spirit away, only partially remembering what was real about itself, and doubting it ever was real.So.. that's where the animation starts.
