BG3 - How to give Astarion the book The Necromancy of Thay @resonatinglo

Get the book and the gem. To get the dialog option you need to have only Astarion attached to you in party, leave the rest a few meters back. For the special scene with Astarion and the book, you need to do a few long rests and stay in act 1 for it to appear.
