In this Baldur's Gate 3 video, I show a simple method to obtaining a noblestalk which normally you can only find one of in the game. This method allows you to get a second noblestalk at no cost to you.
Simply put the item, in this case the noblestalk, in a container of some kind. Any bag it can fit inside will do, including chests or rib cages. Then talk to Shadowheart. For some reason, Shadowheart will not remove the item from the container but you still get the full effects of using it.
Next you can decide who to properly give the item to. In this case Derryth or Baelen. It may seem like the good thing to give it to Baelen to cure him compared to Derryth's monetary gain, but Baelen is not a good person when he is cured.
