For BFLS members--

MEP ideas only need 5 yeses to open, not 8.

MEPs will no longer be put on a waiting list. You may open your MEP once it gets a fifth vote.

Any MEP not opened within a month of getting the fifth vote will be deleted.

If you currently have an idea on the waiting list, you may open it anytime between now and this tie next month.

However, if you miss the one month deadline, you're more than welcome to re-suggest it or open it as a collaboration instead.
