First second animated by @Wuggolo.

I rendered this with Processing 3. The source code is 457 lines long! The render is 816 frames, and the total render time was about 32 minutes. That means the average frame could 2.4 seconds to render. But it's very lopsided: frames 1 to 500 less than a second to render, whereas each frame past 800 took over 15 seconds!
There are 100 unique recommended characters that show up here. So, given that there are 1.4 million RC's total, each RC "type" appears roughly 14,000 times in the final frame.
RC = recommended character
