New changes for my Squad Member Nametag. I fixed most of the bugs and added new stuff inspired by Battlefield 3. I'm very happy with the result :).

Squad Member Nametag - Changes:
Fixed the kit icon doesn't update on revive and on pickup kit.
Fixed the kit icon doesn't show for the 6th squad member.
Fixed the squad member hud doesn't show after restart or change map.
Added notification message: YOU ARE THE SQUAD LEADER
Added notification message: LAST MAN IN SQUAD
Added new fonts (Thanks to AGM114D).
Squad list Aligned to bottom.
Squad leader placed at top of the list.
Changed player kit icon and player name color.
Added automatic kit detection of any faction. No need to generate a list of your customs kits.
