Sandy Nathan was born into a Silicon Valley corporate family and started her career as an economist after earning an MA in economics. But once at Stanford’s Graduate School of Business, she had a change of heart and transformed her life, ending up earning an MA in Counseling instead. She has worked as a negotiation coach, businesswoman, horse rancher and author. But when she was struck with a powerful experience, she was "given" a book and began writing for real.
