Desert Friends Bio:
Desert Friends is the sonic collaboration between Joshua Tree–based musician and producer Antrom Alexander and Vancouver artist Lucas Penner, featuring drummer Cody Rhodes. Blending surf, Middle Eastern, and spaghetti-western influences, the project creates a cinematic, groove-driven sound built around hypnotic guitars and spacious desert textures. Recorded at Two Palms Studio in the Mojave Desert, their music evokes the heat, stillness, and wide-open landscapes of the high desert.
