Mit unserer neuen Version des Erasure-Klassikers “She Won’t Be Home” möchten wir auch dieses Jahr einen besonderen musikalischen Gruß zur Winterzeit veröffentlichen.
Der Song gehört seit Jahren zu den emotionalsten Weihnachtstiteln der Synth-Pop-Geschichte, und wir wollten ihm eine eigene moderne Klangfarbe geben – warm, elektronisch, melancholisch, aber klar im BO-Sound verankert.
Für uns ist Erasure eine der prägendsten Bands unseres Genres, und dieser Song hat uns immer begleitet.
Deshalb war es für uns eine Herzensangelegenheit, ihm einen neuen Synth-Pop-Anstrich zu geben, ohne den Charme des Originals zu verlieren.
Unsere Version ist eine Verneigung vor einem der größten Duos der elektronischen Musik und gleichzeitig ein sehr persönlicher, winterlicher Track geworden.
Das Release erscheint als digitale Single und ist unser musikalischer Abschluss des Jahres, bevor unser neues Album “In My Blood” erscheint.

With our new version of the Erasure classic “She Won’t Be Home” we want to release a very special musical greeting for the winter season.
The song has been one of the most emotional Christmas titles in synth-pop history for many years, and we wanted to give it a modern sonic character of our own – warm, electronic, melancholic, yet clearly rooted in the BO sound.
For us, Erasure is one of the most influential bands in our genre, and this song has always been a companion to us.
That’s why it was a heartfelt project to give it a fresh synth-pop interpretation without losing the charm of the original.
Our version is a tribute to one of the greatest duos in electronic music while also becoming a very personal, wintry track for us.
The release will be available as a digital single and serves as our musical closing of the year before our new album “In My Blood” is released.
