BEXAR COUNTY, Texas — The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a man accused of assaulting a woman and violating a protective order.
Magdaleno Murillo is wanted on charges of continuous violence against the family, violation of a bond or protective order involving assault or stalking, and assault causing bodily injury to a family member, according to the sheriff’s office.
On May 19th, deputies received a report of an assault in the 13000 block of Quintana Road.
The victim told deputies the assault happened around midnight on May 17th at a residence. According to investigators, Murillo approached the victim because he believed she was recording him with her cellphone. That's when he allegedly assaulted her.
The victim told deputies she was able to walk away and hid for approximately four hours before she felt she could safely return home.
Murillo is 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighs approximately 200 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
