An At&T truck driver was witnessed running his truck into a passerby on the sidewalk in Hollywood, California.
Witnesses say after hitting the passerby the AT&T driver, who was not at all paying attention to where he was going, yelled obscenities at the hit man and closed the gate as the victim was trying to photograph and identifiable information about the driver and truck.
