Bauernfrühstück — the German farmer's breakfast that turns leftover potatoes, bacon, and eggs into something unforgettable. 🥔🥓🍳This is not a restaurant recipe. It's farmhouse cooking at its best: crispy fried potatoes, smoky bacon, soft-set eggs, and a sharp pickle on the side. German farmers ate this before 14-hour days in the fields — and once you taste it, you'll understand why.

📝 FULL RECIPE:

👩‍🍳 METHOD:
Fry onion and bacon in butter until translucent. Remove; leave the fat.
Fry cold potato slices in a single layer, 2-3 min per side, until crispy.
Return onion and bacon. Season with salt, pepper, and parsley.
Mix eggs + milk, pour over potatoes, cover and cook 2-3 min.
Serve immediately with pickles on the side.
