After giving away our first homemade super soaker, we couldn’t wait to make another to fill the void in our hearts. The biggest change was that this one is battery powered! IE we use a battery powered air compressor to pressurize it! It’s put together with plumbing parts rated to 150 PSI and it shoots with a trigger-activated fast acting valve. We reinforced it with 3D printed parts to make it look cool and be more structurally sound.
Once it was built - onto the fun part! We blasted a BUNCH of stuff in slow motion! Jello, shaving cream, jenga, slime, even cut a banana in half! We also had a face off vs off between our blaster and a store bought super soaker to see how they compared, and ours totally won.
