The lowest score that I can find in Betrayed Alliance which is 65 out of 150 points. To achieve this you must have information that you couldn't possibly know on your first playthrough so it's unlikely you'd get it without actually trying. Theoretically, it's possible to get far less points IF you are able to beat the troll in a fight (I'm not sure if this is programmed into the game or not), but this requires a combat skill level far greater than my own.
Furthermore, this run is only achievable in the "Novice" setting as you will gain one more point in the "Veteran" setting since climbing the ladder without moving the table in the underground lair is not possible in the Veteran setting.
