Switch-mode PSU tend to have a lot of damage when the drivers give up. This welding PSU was no different. Quite a few components were evaporated into a thin film inside the welder. No diagrams available as usual so likely to become land fill. With all the blown components replaced it too some time to flush out the true value of a sense resistor confusing matter.
