Learn how to take the season's most loved ingredient, pumpkin, to make 3 yummy treats perfect for Halloween!

Pumpkin Pie:
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 cups of pumpkin puree
3/4 cup of granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 unbaked pastry shell

Mix ingredients in order given.
Pour into Pastry Shell
Bake 15min at 425ºF then 45min at 350ºF

Pumpkin Latte:
3/4 cup of milk
1/4 cup of espresso or STRONG coffee
2 tbsp of pumpkin puree
1 tablespoon of sugar
1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (cinnamon, nutmeg, ground ginger, allspice, ground cloves)
Whipped Cream

Mix the milk, pumpkin, spices, sugar & vanilla in a microwave safe bowl. Cover with moist paper towel and microwave until the milk is hot. 1-2 min. Whisk the contents until foamy.

Pour the coffee in a mug, add milk mixture, top with whip and sprinkle with more pie spice. Enjoy!
