Your YouTube setup and gear as a beginner (or even as a more seasoned YouTube) is super vital to being able to scale your channel and create high-quality videos. I believe I have the BEST vlogging camera. I use it all the time, and the video and audio is fantastic. My YouTube camera for talking head videos is also ranked number one by loads of other YouTubers, because it's super easy to use.
