The Eisners are often referred to as the 'Oscars of comics', and I invite you to join me live for a game based on them! Fellow comics-tuber The Comic Board has tagged a number of us in his latest video (see here: youtu.be/Lb4duRnA5is ) to tally how many Best Writer winners we have read (1 point each) and own (another point each).
Stretching from 1988 to 2021, this is a massive list with multiple 'winners' in most years, and is sure to be a wide-ranging selection of comics.
So this Sunday, the 17th of October, I will - live - go through the list of winners and talk a bit about what I have and have not read, my brief takes on those I have, and any other inevitable pontificating and meandering this will lead to. Plus, you can play along and keep score yourself!
