This is a USMC issue waterproof pack liner for when you need to keep your items and clothes dry inside your USMC assault pack. You can seal the bag at the top, roll it up, fold it and secure it with a buckle. The liner is large enough to fit comfortably in a USMC Assault Pack and other large assault packs. The inside of the bag is orange to help with finding gear in the bag, especially in low light conditions.
