Is this the best LEGO City train station alternative on the market? I continue building the BlueBrixx Modern Platform (Moderner Bahnsteig) for my garden office railway layout. I tackle the lamp post and signage modules, which use some unique ( "illegal"?!) sideways building techniques that I’ve never seen in official LEGO sets.
While the BlueBrixx instructions can be tricky, the final level of detail is amazing.
I also compare the scale of the platform against my 6W LEGO trams and standard minifigure. Is it a bit too tall for 6-wide LEGO trains, or does it provide the prototypical look that official stations are missing?
