It's always tempting to think that in order to perform at our best we have to simply keep ourselves at maximum performance, but sooner or later it will make us collapse or burn out.
In this video, I want to share the concept that I call Productivity Cycling. And the best way to apply this strategy is by going through phases of deep work and shallow work.
