After spending years in Special Forces and working alongside nearly every major Special Operations unit, I’ve got an answer that might surprise you.
Most people assume the answer is Navy SEALs, Delta Force, DEVGRU, or Green Berets. The reality is that every unit has its strengths, weaknesses, missions, and culture. What looks good from the outside isn’t always what it’s like on the inside.
In this video, I break down the different Special Operations communities, what they actually do, the realities of life in each organization, and the one job I believe stands above the rest when you look at mission, quality of life, career opportunities, and overall experience.
