Vespiqueens Scarf was a gift she was given by Numel in the first Afthermathematics so ever since she evolved in Mew's New Island episode 7 Spooked Fractures till after she was eliminated in Training N' Raining she didn't have a scarf or the earings Numel told her to wear
Vespiqueen and Numel became best friends after Mew's Newest All-Stars Legendary World Tour finished, Numel doesn't want to admit it but he appreciates Vespiqueen being his only true friend and the only pokemon he trusts.
