In his personal highlight from the EASD Annual Meeting 2025, Dr. Koutroukas explores factors promoting progression from level 1 to level 2 hypoglycaemia in the HYPO-METRICS study.

The Hypo-METRICS study investigate the rates and duration of sensor-detected hypoglycaemia (SDH) and their relationship with person-reported hypoglycaemia in people living with type 1 diabetes and insulin-treated type 2 diabetes with prior episodes of hypoglycaemia in the last 3 months.
