This is the best recipe I have learnt in ages. No chemicals, nothing I don't know about - just two simple ingredients: flaxseeds (linseeds in the UK) and water!
I use this hair gel for both my wet sets and just when I'm styling my hair. It is so kind and gentle to your hairi and skin. I can't see myself ever turning it in for a shop bought get again. Flaxseeds have Omega 3 fatty acids, Vitamin B and Vitamin A in and have long been used both topically and internally for health benefits.
