This is a set of packs that allow the adminstrator to tag individual players with specific permissions. Those players with those specific permissions can perform specific actions on the server that are somewhere between OP/Creative and a normal user. For instance they may enter spectator or measure MSPT or get the count of monsters on the server. This is all simple to setup and easy to use. It is all enabled through the new API items that Mojang has been releasing.
