Designed by Singapore-based architectural firm SCDA Architects, Alila Villas Hadahaa is the first luxury resort in the Gaafu Alifu (North Huvadhoo) Atoll in the Maldives’ new southern frontier.

Ten kilometers away from its nearest neighbor, Alila Villas Hadahaa promises guests the original tranquility and unspoilt beauty of the Maldives which first drew travelers to experience the natural charm of the destination so many years ago.

The unique architecturally designed accommodation of Alila Villas Hadahaa is a well planned selection of villas to meet the needs of every guest: six Island Villas (1,076 sq ft), twenty Island Villas with a private pool (1,290sq ft), and 14 Aqua Villas (1,184 sq ft).

All villas were orientated to best deal with the tropical climate conditions; rainwater harvesting and waste treatment plants were implemented; and special green design elements include high roofed areas and open ceilings, cross ventilation in all indoor spaces, deep roof overhangs, and window shading.

Great care has been taken in the construction of Alila Villas Hadahaa to preserve the natural vegetation in order to maintain the ambiance of the island and minimize the environmental footprint of the resort.

Environmental awareness and protection are key considerations in all our guest experiences.

Alila Villas Hadahaa is the first resort in the Maldives to adhere to the standards for Green Globe certification in the construction stage and resort operations.

Rates vary from $800 to $1,800 per villa per night, depending on the season.
