Here is the recipe

×1 and a half cups of flour
×2/3 cup of water or enough to get to the proper consistency
cut the veggies to your liking
×saltfish- boil 2times to eliminate the salt
×onion
×tomato
×peppers
×thyme
×salt
×seasonings

In a few teaspoons of oil, saute all veggies until tender, season to your liking the add the SALTFISH
Combine all ingredients dry ingredients and water in a bowl and mix with a fork to the consistency thicker than pancake mix.

Use a spoon to drop them in oil to fry! Then enjoy! Serve with a protein of your choice or alone.
