The Best insulation for radiant heated floors in my opinion is AMC Heat Sheet Heavy. In todays video I install the entire house in one half day by myself. It goes together easily, has a built in vapor barrier, and your PEX layout is also built into the insulation panel. It is extremely durable and comes in many thicknesses. I'd highly recommend checking it out if you have a project in the future
