CEDIA Expo is where the top brands in audio, video, home automation and home theater equipment gather to display their latest gear to the custom installers who build these luxury home theater and home automation systems for their customers.
It's a playground full of A/V toys and we were there to see and hear it all. Join us and special guest John Sciacca as we highlight this year’s “Best in Show” winners across multiple categories—and call out a few products that didn’t quite live up to the hype.
Note: We learned after the show (and after recording this podcast) that the Lumagen/NextLevel Acoustics/Trinnov demo in Sound Room 11 discussed 43 minutes in actually did *not* use WaveForming, It did use the Trinnov Optimizer for room correction, with some manual tweaking for optimal bass response by Adam Pelz of Bespoke Cinemas (nice job, Adam!).
