I hope you enjoy this quick tutorial showing my go-to hair volumizing routine for my long, stick straight hair. SHORT VIDEO SO I HAVE SOME NOTES: The Lotus RX shampoo and conditioner technically dandruff shampoo and conditioner but I love it even though I don't have dandruff. I originally tried it because I received it in a swag bag at an event and it sounded like it had good ingredients so I thought what the heck, I'd give it a shot. I could not believe how amazing my hair turned out every time I used this dynamic duo. It has 1% pyrithione zinc which does as well as Minoxidil (Rogaine) for hair thickening. It is sulfate free and is used for cancer patients.

Also, you can layer the Perfect Defense Spray after the mousse but since I blow dry for such a short time I tend to do it before I use a flat iron or curling wand because I feel like I get a more even coating on my hair plus I often air dry my hair so it is kind of a habit to do it right before the curling wand/flat iron.
