Note About Cosori Turbo Tower settings - There are two versions of the standard Cosori Turbo Tower, one which is sold by Amazon and one which is sold by other retailers. The Amazon one only has 6 settings and lacks the dehydrate function (although the proof option also runs at low temperatures) and the other retailer version has 7 settings including the dehydrate function.
