Today I will make traditional Carnitas with an Asian Twist. My new Dutch Oven is a mix between a Very Old Mexican lid and a Old Taiwan Pot, so I made a dish that both would be proud of. This is a very delicious dish that you should try no matter where your cast Iron is made.
