It is not about image quality - it's about who you are, or who you want to be. The Viltrox 85mm f1.8 STM lens is perfect for the hobbyist, the amateur and enthusiast, because Viltrox stripped the lens of everything the amateur does not need. That allows for an incredible pricetag!
However the Sony 85mm f1.8 FE lens definitely has its upsides when it comes to working with a lens as opposed to using it privately. The differences are marginal to an enthusiast, but of major importance to a working professional. Let's check them out:)
