Today I wanted to talk about the Baofeng DM-1701. This radio appears to be the cheapest, and most budget friendly way of getting into DMR. The radio I received came with the Open GD77 firmware. Besides the charger, I really have nothing bad to say about this radio. For $45, it's going to be hard to beat at this price range.
