Jan Scholz is back and he has brought some of his large format magic. This week he busts out his large format camera in the breathtaking Swan Falls canyon with Miss Idaho Teen USA Kim Layne. Big flowy dress, whipping winds, and Jan behind the lens.
Due to the not-so-pleasantly warm spring in Idaho, much of the opening interview had to be filmed inside the RV, making for a tight squeeze as Tia styles up the model.

Jennifer B Hudson is a fresh, young visual artist creating staged imagery that is both artistically stylized and meticulously crafted. Drawing inspirations from themes of feminism and social placement, faith, purity in trust, the testing of strength, and the study of personal relationships, Jennifer is a dynamic and emotional illustrator of the human heart. With an innate ability to plumb the antique, the work is soulful; seeking the use of the forgotten or discarded, mechanical in nature, eerie and quiet. With a classical music and orchestral background, she breathes life into her inventions with an air of subtly that only inspired thought and a delicate, intent hand can achieve. Raised in a spiritual and conservative home in rural Texas, Jennifer grew up an imaginative, curious, and experimental child who has used her upbringing in her intensely personal artwork to bring insight and awareness using heartfelt, acutely mapped personal experiences.
We were absolutely blown away by her wisdom and her quiet persona that partners with a loud and intense talent. Every photo is delicately made into a meaningful piece of art. And today, Jennifer shows us to not be afraid of taking photos in mid-day sun by demonstrating what she likes to call her studio in the woods.
