Runway failed to follow the story, Kling and Seedance struggled with logic and sound, Pixverse showed promise but glitched zombies, Vidu had timing issues, Hailuo looked solid but too calm, Wan 2.5 delivered cinematic shots, Veo 3.1 had upload limits but clean output, and Sora 2 came closest to a full movie vibe.
