If you have been looking for the best 1S batteries you can get, look no further. In this shootout I have tested and compared the most common options for 1S High-Volt LiPos, from 450mAh to 650mAh.

TLDR/W:
Go for the URAUV 550mAh or Emax 450mAh for best performance. All the Emax samples I tested performed better than the GNB - maybe it is a matter of different batch.
If URUAV continues to ship the 450mAh like this, they have the best capacity for your money.

Test procedure:
All batteries are conditioned to a certain temperature and are cycle-charged before the tests. All charging is done with a SkyRC D100 charger and data is captured via the Charge Master software. Internal Resistance measurements with no load are also taken with the D100, at storage voltage and at full charge.
Discharge tests (capacity test and discharge stress tests) are performed with a CBA IV (Computerized Battery Analyzer) from West Mountain Radio.
The capacity test discharges the battery at 1C rate, down to a cutoff voltage of 3.2V. It graphs the whole process and also outputs an average IR rating for the entire test.
The CBA IV is triggered and controlled via scripts, for more automated tasks. Each discharge test is triggered by a custom made program called "MuteFPV Discharge Helper".
The CBA IV begins to draw current until it reaches the pre-set amp draw test current. The tested battery is discharged until it reaches a cutoff voltage of 3.3V. It is then allowed to recover for 5 seconds, before the next run is initiated. When the battery fails two consecutive runs, the test automatically stops. Temperature is monitored and logged during the whole testing procedure.
** The batteries tested have not been cherry picked, at least to my knowledge. They are brand new and unused batteries, conditioned, cycled and tested right out of the box. Nevertheless, your results may vary.
** All tests have been conducted under my supervision and full attention. Data is monitored in real-time, to ensure safety and quality.
