The publisher of Young Animal, the magazine in which Berserk was serialized, announced  that it plans to resume production on the much beloved and highly influential Berserk manga series. The publisher released a statement in both English and Japanese on Twitter explaining their reasoning for continuing the series following Miura's sudden death, which was from an aortic dissection in May 2021.
