Grief is a heavy, isolating weight, and families navigating it rarely get a moment to step away from the crushing stress of daily life. That is why Camp because I said I would offers an interim bereavement program.

For approved families who have lost a loved one, our 501(c)(3) nonprofit provides a 1 to 4 night stay in our resort cabins and sometimes completely free of rental, food or programming costs.

This is a quiet, peaceful space dedicated entirely to letting your family experience nature, outdoor recreation, and quality time together without financial strain. You do not have to handle life's hardest adversities alone.
