This is a design for a Benham's Disk that I found online, the one which seems to give me the best results of this effect. This is also the third of 3 demo videos that I made for a project that I'll be uploading on my main channel soon. The other 2 demo videos are similar to this one, but with different patterns. FYI: The effect seems to work much better in person than in video.
