Novalee demonstrates how she personally adds some nutrients to the soil on a food garden in Vegas and then proceeds to hang clothes to dry on a line outdoors instead of wasting energy and creating heat with a dryer out there in the Nevada desert! Here, peppers, basil , tomatoes, tree collards, lemon verbena, parsley, jicama and eggplants (just to name a few) are being grown in rock mineral dust and compost. Meanwhile, Nova enjoys some fresh air and the meditative benefits of doing hands on chores with loving care as she puts the dry climate to use working for her and the house chores she has left to do !!!
