I'm sorry I'm so annoying I need to stop saying a video is gonna be my last and then keep posting lol.. ah well I made use of the last few slightly more decent days I've had and was able to make this short vid!
So I watched Never Have I Ever on netflix in the span of a day haha. It's created by Mindy Kaling and I'm obviously a huge Mindy fan so I wanted to give the show a try... I enjoyed it, though I think it's probably geared toward a slightly younger audience than me haha, oh well I enjoyed it nonetheless as an adult in her late twenties who still likes some teenage/ high school shows sue me lmao.
I mean it was funny.. maybe not laugh out loud funny for me personally but it was good, also the soundtrack was amazing, indie/synth pop is my favvvvv.
But ultimately what really kept me interested in this show was the relationship between these two. Literally shipped them since the pilot, the minute Ben was introduced as Devi's nemesis I was like yup yup sold. Enemies to friends to lovers goodness, they have such strong Danny/Mindy and Ben/Leslie vibes.. and omg PACEY/JOEY HIGH SCHOOL LOVERS who grew up together torturing each other as kids ahhh the best.
Sorry Paxton you're beautiful but you can't compete buddy haha. Sorryyyy but these two just connect on such a deeper level in my opinion and I much prefer their chemistry and banter. Hopefully the show gets a season two and I'm sure we'll get some interesting love triangle stuff. Until then I'll just be here rewatching Ben and Devi scenes!
