I have been asked to print a quality benchy at "normal" speed. So I did.
Though this is not absolute perfect quality, It is still not bad at all considering it's ABS.
Print settings:
-5K accel
-5 corner speed
-3 bottom, 3 top, 2 walls
-Speed: 250 infill, 150 top fill, 100 walls
-Print time: 25min
-Printer: VzBoT (Custom designed/built) 330x330x400mm grabcad.com/library/vzbot-1
-Klipper
-Odrive V3 system
-270 KV motors
-Pressure Advance 0.003
-Input_shaper tuned with Accelerometer
-MGN12 rails Y MGN9 rail X
-Magnum+
-PT100
-Hextrudort from HevORT direct drive. miragec79.github.io/HextrudORT
-Custom EVA X carriage modded for Nova https://main.eva-3d.page/
-0.3mm retract
-240C ABS
-PEI coted flex plate
-10mm Z smooth rods
-1 single Z motor, 2:1 gear ratio
