Beltane Recipe: Lemon & Spinach cake with white chocolate ganache
100 g fresh spinach
250 ml oil
1 lemon (zest and juice)
150 ml advocaat
3 eggs
200 g sugar
vanilla sugar
300 g flour
3 Tsp baking powder
white chocolate ganache to cover
edible flowers for decoration
